I think you're fine. Our factory deuce weighed int 1090. The orig duce weighed in at 900. However, no radios, no generator, wooden prop, etc. etc. Remember the tail must be up level when weighing occurs. I question your tail weight. It seems to light. Put a bubble level on one of the top longerons and get the plane level  before you weigh. And be very careful about the plane rolling forward when on the scales. Tail come crashing down, Boo Hoo.
