Cowl - Nosebowl plug that skins were laid up on, mocked up air intakes


Door
- early door construction. The steel piece cut out for the door is
being put back
into
the door itself and will have a sliding square bolt that when pushed
home puts the steel
piece
back in the gap giving back the compressive strength and locking the
pilot firmly

Door - shows the square piece back in place when the door is closed

Door - the Square bolt is slid into the fuse frame locking it all together

The
door hinges themselves are small because they never carry any load. They
Just
keep the door from falling off onto the ground. The square bolts
take all the load

Flaps & Ail. Nose - this is a trimmed molded nose cover sitting on the mold

Flap & Ail. Nose - trimmed piece sitting next to the aileron prior to bonding on

Frame tabs - the whole frame was jig welded, tabs added later. All square tubing

Frame tabs - on Wheels, easier to roll around
