Gas tank - this is the beginning of the top of the gas tank "Plug". Styrene, carbon fibre
And Kevlar will be laid up on this, then the styrene dissolved out with gasoline
And you'll have a molded top of the gas tank

Use contact cement and glue a piece of junk alum on top for support

Carbon cloth laid up over the plug ( 3 layers)

Laid up,trimmed, now have to get the styrene out

Got it out, by hook or crook, now have a tank top

The top resting on the bottom- molded the same way

The ailerons have pushrods. These are the lower linkages. You can also see the massive
gear legs support box. As wll as the lower attach for the lift strut. This is very strong stuff.

The attach point for the lower cross bracing in the front cockpit. The strips with the
tabs for screws we designed and had laser cut for our specific uses. You'll see these up by
the firewall for the top covers also. Actually we had the firewall laser cut also and they
cut the tabs on it for us per our drawings also. Saves time (laser cutting)

Fitting up We first made all skins out of clear plastic so we could mark attach points that were underneath, from on top.
